Understanding The Report
The overall skill Completion Criteria for the assessment is {PassingGrade}% or above .
Skill Analysis :
Measures the extent to which the associate can apply his/her hands-on capability to practical applications. Also, analyzes the ability to apply it in a business environment with pre-defined design constraints. A lower scale indicates lesser ability to apply the hands-on experience.
Skill Graph :
The indication of bars in the Skill graph is a relative indication of your performance on the skill topics. Skill Analysis will not be displayed if the associates have not scored in the skill section of the assessment.
LEGEND :- Green Bar indicates that you have been able to demonstrate your skill level in that topic well.
- Orange Bar indicates that you had attempted to demonstrate your skill level in that topic, however it needs improvement.
- Red Bar indicates that you need to focus more on these topics to be able to demonstrate your skill better in the next attempt of the skill assessment based on the completed or not completed status.
It may be due to one or more of the following reasons
- Change in skeleton code
- Code does not compile
- Violation of design constraints
- Mismatch or incorrect requirement implementation resulting in all testcase failures
